Registration

You should know that in most countries regulations for cosmetic goods are quite relaxed and there is no Pre-Market approval required. However, many countries do require notification when a new cosmetic product is introduced onto the market. Therefore our manufacturers and others whom we deal with are GMP certified (Good Manufacturing Practice). This means our products are consistently produced and meet quality-controlled standards. In fact GMP covers all production processes from equipment, premises, materials and ingredients, hygiene regulations and staff training. All of our products are registered with the FDA in Thailand, and for a minimum fee, we are able to provide certificate of Origin, Free Sales and Manufacturer issued by the FDA in Thailand, as well as MSDS and COAs at no extra charge. We will also take care of notarisation / legalisation by Ministry if Foreign Affairs / Embassy of any of the certificates or documents required for the purpose of importing products into your country.
